The School Improvement Plan

This School Improvement Plan (SIP) sets out plans and measures to deliver our school vision and strategic plans.  It feeds into the Subject Plans and other Operational Plans which, in turn, enable school improvement to be delivered.

The Vision Objectives have been mapped to the judgement areas under the EIF (where applicable) which are:

  • Quality of education

  • Behaviour and attitudes

  • Personal development

  • Leadership and management

All Ofsted recommendations are factored into the school vision.

Points to note.

Once this document is finalised, the Governing Body should be notified of any major changes to the action plans.

The terms School Improvement Plan (SIP) and School Development Plan (SDP) are often used interchangeably and mean the same thing.
